Picture of the day today is: PICK A NUMBER (old railroad nails from my personal collection)

So I have been avoiding decorating the house with anything from the “big box store” (wanting to use only homemade art) other than my necessities here and there. But I saw these prints tonight and could not resist. Not only does the color match my bedroom but the design is so “me” and how could I resist the little birdie? So I caved. But 95% of the art in my home is either my own or created by someone and I purchased it from them. 😀
Hopefully this weekend I can manage to get my bedroom done and I will post pics. Debating if these are going up above my desk or above my bed…

So when duty calls, you must step up to the plate… or the camera in my case. And so I did. I was asked to shoot this fabulous home school group of seniors and I am so glad I did! They were a blast. Meet Jordan, Nancy, Brittany & Tristan. They are all funny, intelligent, and adorable! Here is a peek at our day… A HUUUUGE thank you to these kids for making my day so much fun!!!
How can you not love a day with four full of energy, jumping into the future, high school seniors? When I was approached a few weeks ago about shooting 4 seniors at once, I was a bit scared. I have shot 2 kiddos at once… but 4? Oh my! Plus, one boy and 3 girls. This would be a challenge. So today was the big day! Challenge #1… RAIN all morning, and 90% of the day. Solution? One of the moms works in a fabulous building downtown which allowed us access. YAY! Challenge #2… Shooting 4 kids at once. Solution? Well, I did not need a solution, other than the kids themselves. They made my job easy and oh so much FUN!!! We got downtown and had to maneuver through the traffic of the Heart Walk. I was a bit happy that we were not shooting outside as the flow of people would have been a bit crazy around us. Here is a sneak peek at the kids. They rocked!!! And I will be shooting their little graduation ceremony too. YAY! Don’t forget, there is still some time to get your senior portraits!!! Call me to book your session. (405) 204-4529
Hello, All! I received news yesterday that this picture (taken back in February) would be on the cover of the Kids Directory magazine in November! YAY! I am so excited. This little magazine can be found in several locations all over Oklahoma city including Crest grocery stores, pediatric offices, dental offices, and more.
